When we think of Christmas whiskey, our minds conjure images of the robin and, of course, the exceptional Redbreast whiskey brand. We are thrilled to have the esteemed Andrew Dickey, Irish Whiskey Ambassador and Irish Distillers Advocacy Manager, as our host for this unique event.

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge about the Redbreast family and will share it with you in a relaxed, interactive, and informative manner.

Upon your arrival, indulge in a specially crafted Redbreast Cocktail by our friends at Dublin Cocktail Lab, followed by an aperitif featuring Redbreast 21. Then, take your seat and relish a locally prepared amuse-bouche expertly paired with Redbreast 15. This will be followed by a three-course dinner curated by the Martello’s exceptional kitchen in collaboration with Andrew and his team.

Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a select Redbreast whiskey, including the Redbreast Lustau edition, Redbreast 12 Cask Strength, Redbreast 12, and a showstopper of Redbreast 27 for a toast! The highlight of the evening is the extremely limited Redbreast 27 Year Old, the epitome of Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, boasting new levels of depth and an aromatic, fruit-rich flavour (Retail Price: €50 per measure).

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength offers a glimpse into the natural, full-flavored taste of Redbreast 12, showcasing the complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still Whiskey. Whether you’re new to Irish whiskey, consider yourself a whiskey connoisseur, or simply seek a unique night out, we welcome you to join us. All of this is available for the incredible price of €85 per person, which includes all Redbreast whiskeys, a meticulously paired four-course dinner, and your choice of a pint of Wicklow Wolf or Irish Coffee.
